About This Role
- Design and deliver CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and platform reliability engineering solutions for products serving 200+ airline customers.
- Leverage AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, AI-powered CI/CD analytics) to enhance development velocity, code quality, and deployment validation.
- Lead technical analysis, conduct peer code reviews, and collaborate with architects and product teams on technical roadmaps and DevOps best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years of DevOps experience with a proven track record of production-quality solutions delivery.
- Proficiency in Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, Prometheus, Grafana, and AWS DevOps services.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Work Experience Required: 3–5 years in DevOps roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in applying AI-powered tools for CI/CD automation and deployment validation to measurably improve development speed and quality.
- Strong system design skills with good understanding of distributed systems in an airline industry context is a plus.
- Comfortable working independently and leading technical efforts while collaborating cross-functionally on platform reliability and DevOps improvements.
