About This Role
- Independently lead analytical workstreams using advanced SQL and Excel, focusing on translating business requirements into actionable insights.
- Analyze and interpret financial statements to identify performance gaps and opportunities, building sophisticated operational, commercial, or financial models.
- Mentor junior analysts in query-writing, modeling, and business understanding while ensuring data governance and quality of deliverables.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of experience with strong SQL and Excel skills including advanced queries and modeling (non-negotiable).
- Ability to interpret financial statements and analyze trends related to revenue, costs, margins, assets, and cash flows.
- Prior experience or strong preference for manufacturing analytics domain.
- Work Location: Hyderabad office with hybrid work model; willingness to travel as required.

- Experienced in managing medium to large analytical projects independently in fast-paced environments.
- Strong business acumen capable of linking data analyses to commercial and operational impacts, especially in manufacturing.
