About This Role
- Own end-to-end UI/UX design lifecycle including user research, persona mapping, wireframing, visual design, and prototyping.
- Design and maintain responsive, visually consistent design systems and UI kits for digital products.
- Collaborate with product managers, analysts, and developers to ensure implementation matches design intent and usability standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years professional experience as UI/UX Designer, Interaction Designer, or Product Designer.
- Proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
- Strong portfolio showing user research, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (Angular, React) for design feasibility.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience designing complex, data-heavy dashboards or B2B fintech/enterprise platforms.
- Skilled at establishing and scaling UI design systems with accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) knowledge.
- Strong communicator able to present design rationale to technical and business stakeholders effectively.
