About This Role
- Perform moderately complex operational duties supporting service center or department functions with considerable knowledge of company policies.
- Collect data, prepare operational reports, and prepare input forms for automated data processing systems.
- Coordinate projects, provide policy guidance and information to authorized personnel, and handle investigations and escalations related to payment operations.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 1 year of operations support experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Understanding of ACH or other payment operations including Returns, Recalls, Research, and transaction investigations is desired but not mandatory.
- Flexibility to work night or rotational shifts based on business requirements.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 1 year operations support or equivalent.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in payment operations especially ACH processes with ability to manage investigations and escalations independently under SLA constraints.
- Able to operate within a compliance-driven environment with risk mitigation and governance focus.
- Comfortable coordinating projects and interpreting personnel policies for diverse employee levels in a complex operational setting.
