About This Role
- Analyze complex data sets to derive insights and develop forecasting models for sales, demand, and market trends.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to design analytical frameworks, digital analytics initiatives, and support decision-making.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations; mentor junior analysts; and work with IT to enhance data infrastructure and tools.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, MIS, operations management, or relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience as a business analyst within biopharma or pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience with real-world data, large datasets, data visualization tools, and statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SAS).
- Familiarity with biopharma regulatory requirements and compliance.
