About This Role
- Lead and manage the entire transition life cycle for high complexity strategic initiatives across multiple regions and end-to-end processes.
- Develop, drive, and monitor detailed transition plans ensuring adherence to methodology, regulatory, quality, and operational policies.
- Facilitate cross-functional global/regional meetings, manage risks and issues, and lead change management to maximize employee adoption and business value realization.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with proven expertise in transitions or consultancy within shared services.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or related field.
- Fluency in English.
- Programs, Project, Change Management (e.g. MSP, PMP) or Agile certifications are a plus but not explicitly required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex, cross-regional transitions with multiple interdependent changes and advanced technologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to coordinate global and regional teams.
- Skilled in applying transition methodology and operational policies consistently, with an ability to lead change management and risk mitigation efforts effectively.
