About This Role
- Lead design, acquisition, and deployment of hardware, software, and network infrastructure collaborating with Technology team.
- Develop and deliver high-volume, low-latency, scalable microservice applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular within an Agile environment utilizing CI/CD pipelines.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor junior members, and oversee Responsible AI application deployment with adherence to security and compliance standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years experience in Full Stack Development including Spring Boot, Java/J2EE, NodeJS, Angular/React, API development.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience in financial services or large complex/global environments.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture, REST services, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub, LightSpeed), databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB), containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and messaging systems (Kafka).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in delivering mission-critical, scalable applications in Agile environments with strong operational ownership and collaboration skills.
- Capable of providing technical leadership and mentoring in complex technology landscapes involving AI and security compliance.
- Proficient in automation scripting and observability tools with a proven track record in operational process improvements within financial services or large-scale technology organizations.
