About This Role
- Lead design, development, and implementation of complex Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions with focus on configuration, integration, and technical excellence.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, including code reviews and enforcing best practices.
- Drive client discussions, design documentation, and ensure scalable, cloud-ready solutions using Gosu, PCF, integration methods and AI-enabled delivery approaches.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience working with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- Proficiency in Gosu, PCF, PolicyCenter Data Model, Plugins, Workflows, and integration (SOAP/REST, Apache Camel) technologies.
- BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Flexibility to work in shifts aligned with US colleagues/customers; familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical leader comfortable owning end-to-end configuration and integration of Guidewire PolicyCenter in P&C insurance implementations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with deep understanding of Guidewire platform components, cloud readiness, and AI-enabled solution delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor teams, manage client interactions, and contribute to reusable accelerators and automation to reduce implementation efforts.
