About This Role
- Architect and design a cloud-enabled SaaS product for merchandise management in retail, working in a globally distributed agile team.
- Develop, implement, test, and maintain NodeJS and ReactJS components, including customer-specific interfaces and bug fixes.
- Mentor junior and mid-level associates, collaborate on code reviews, and participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure delivery of high-value software.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related specialization (B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA).
- 4 to 6 years of professional experience in NodeJS development.
- Experience with Scrum, Agile, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, and Jenkins.
- Strong communication skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in full lifecycle agile development within a cloud architecture (private cloud, Azure) environment.
- Capable of technical leadership and mentoring in a mid-sized globally distributed team.
- Proficient in NodeJS and ReactJS with background knowledge in event streaming (Kafka) and data platforms (Snowflake) preferred.
