About This Role
- Implement and administer SE-Agile methodology for new product projects focusing on Resource, Time, Specification, Cost & Budget KPIs.
- Manage project documentation and execute capital equipment acquisition, installation, acceptance, and safe launch transitioning to series manufacturing.
- Define RASI for SE team, enhance collaboration with International Production Network, and provide guidance during Industrialization phases.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Automotive, or Mechatronics).
- Preferably 5+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing systems and project coordination.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing process with project coordination, change management, and supplier coordination related to budget and timing.
- PMP Certification is desirable but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing and coordinating automotive manufacturing projects using SE or Agile methodologies.
- Familiar with project documentation standards and capital equipment procurement processes in manufacturing environments.
- Capable of leading cross-functional teams and collaborating internationally in industrialization and production scaling contexts.
