About This Role
- Manage monthly planning, closing, and reporting of BU operating expenses, including headcount reconciliation and commission reporting.
- Maintain margin dashboards with accurate data to support financial visibility and business decision-making.
- Support quarterly financial processes including SIP preparation, revenue recognition review, and finance deliverables for the business unit.
Minimum Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) qualification.
- Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- Proficiency in Excel and PLN; experience with SAP is a plus.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 2 years post qualification in FP&A.

- Strong analytical skills with focus on data accuracy and recurring deliverables under strict deadlines.
