About This Role
- Own and manage end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close ensuring accuracy and audit readiness.
- Lead compliance and reporting across statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act.
- Oversee accounting team, internal controls, working capital, ERP systems, and partner with FP&A on budgeting and forecasting.
Minimum Requirements
- CA qualification mandatory.
- 10+ years of experience in controllership/accounting, preferably in growth-stage or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong expertise in Ind AS, direct and indirect taxation, and Companies Act compliance.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., Tally, Zoho, NetSuite, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.

- Experienced in managing end-to-end financial close and audit processes independently in a multi-business unit environment.
- Strong operational focus on internal controls, process design, and compliance adherence under strict deadlines.
