About This Role
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning to support strategic business decisions.
- Conduct variance analysis, monitor key financial KPIs, and collaborate with business units to address performance gaps.

Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in finance, financial planning and analysis, or business finance.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial data analysis.
- Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

- Finance professional with proven FP&A expertise and experience partnering with business leaders to drive financial discipline and growth.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate financial data into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience or exposure to scaling businesses and sectors like retail, e-commerce, electronics, healthcare, or wellness is preferred.
