About This Role
- Own business analysis and product owner tasks for AI-enabled content creation platforms, including requirements gathering, backlog management, and sprint support.
- Hands-on testing, experimentation, and validation of GenAI and agentic tools integrated with content workflows to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with engineering, vendors (including Adobe teams), and business users to evolve custom components and drive adoption of AI content capabilities across Human Health division.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
- 4–5+ years experience in Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar digital product delivery role.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI and agentic AI tools beyond awareness level, including configuring and testing AI workflows.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (JIRA, Confluence) and working technical literacy including APIs and integrations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in embedded delivery roles working directly with business users to capture feedback and drive rapid product iterations.
- Comfortable working at the intersection of business, engineering, and vendor partners in a regulated healthcare or similarly complex environment.
- Capable of hands-on experimentation and managing evolving AI platforms with a bias towards actionable, data-driven outcomes and compliance-by-design.
