About This Role
- Own end-to-end management of Veeva Vault PromoMats enhancements including requirements gathering, impact analysis, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
- Drive standardization, clean-up, and reuse of PromoMats configurations across markets to improve scalability and supportability.
- Collaborate with product owners, architecture, and global teams on backlog management, integrations, and evolving MLR review capabilities including automation opportunities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field required.
- Current Veeva Vault Administrator certification mandatory.
- 7–8+ years as Business Analyst/Systems Analyst/Product Analyst or similar with at least 3 years hands-on Veeva Vault PromoMats configuration and administration experience.
- Strong understanding of pharma promotional content and MLR review processes, Agile/Scrum experience, and proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint.

- Experienced in global, cross-functional Agile environments supporting regulated pharma content and MLR workflows.
- Technical and business analysis expertise combined with hands-on Veeva Vault PromoMats configuration skills and compliance focus.
- Capable of independently managing product backlog, conducting impact analysis, and collaborating effectively with distributed teams across India, Europe, and US.
