About This Role
- Drive growth of Scent Solutions by managing relationships with small and medium customers, new prospects, and distributors in India.
- Translate customer fragrance briefs into appropriate scent recommendations considering application, olfactive direction, performance, and pricing.
- Coordinate fragrance sample development, prepare presentations and workshops, and support digital tools adoption for fragrance selection and customer support.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Fragrance, Cosmetic Science, or related discipline.
- At least 1 year of fragrance industry and evaluation experience; fresh graduates considered for trainee pathway.
- Based in Mumbai, India with onsite work requirement.
- Excellent olfactive expertise; selected candidates may need to complete an olfactory smelling test.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Operationally strong in customer engagement and translating briefs into fragrance solutions with commercial awareness.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Portfolio Management, and Customer Service teams.
- Familiarity with digital, self-service, and AI tools for fragrance selection and managing multiple projects in a structured manner.
