About This Role
- Oversee end-to-end financial operations workflows including invoice validation, attainment and bonus calculations, quarterly accruals, MIS reporting, PO management, and vendor communications.
- Serve as the primary operational escalation point for clients, vendors, and finance teams ensuring SLA adherence, quality assurance, and daily operational alignment.
- Lead and manage team leads and senior analysts, ensuring SLA targets, onboarding, training, performance improvement, and process governance including continuous improvement and SOP updates.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or Commerce; MBA or Master's in Finance preferred.
- 4-5 years managerial/supervisory experience with 12+ years overall work experience.
- Hands-on experience or working knowledge of Enterprise ERP/procurement tools including SAP Ariba and advanced spreadsheet models.
- Ability to work flexible hours including partial US/UK time zones to support clients.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in vendor financial management, contract rate analysis, accrual accounting, and invoice validation.
- Strong operational leader with proven ability to manage multiple workflows and drive process improvements using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
- Comfortable managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships and leading teams to meet tight deadlines in a results-oriented environment.
