About This Role
- Oversee daily warehouse operations ensuring accurate inventory and timely order dispatch across multiple logistics partners.
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports to monitor inventory performance, warehouse efficiency, and logistics KPIs.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and delivery issues through root cause analysis and process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Warehouse Operations, Inventory Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, dashboards, and MIS reporting.
- Experience with ERP, WMS, OMS, or inventory/logistics management systems.
- Location requirement: Delhi, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve stock count discrepancies and delivery bottlenecks systematically.
- Experience working cross-functionally with procurement, logistics, operations, finance, and courier partners to ensure smooth inventory movement and order fulfillment.
- Familiarity or experience in D2C, E-commerce, FMCG, Retail, or Consumer Brands sectors preferred but not mandatory.
