About This Role
- Lead design and deployment of data pipelines, analytics platforms, and reporting frameworks to enhance decision-making and transparency.
- Serve as subject matter expert on Business Intelligence engineering platforms (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, Azure Data platform, Snowflake, DBT) to maximize technology value.
- Architect, implement, and support analytical databases and pipelines in Azure, manage multiple external client projects, and mentor data teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics or related field required.
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in data analytics, consulting, or financial services; strong background in banking and regulatory compliance desired.
- Minimum 8 years hands-on in enterprise data warehouse and data lake implementations; 5+ years consulting and team management experience; 3+ years architecting complex data solutions on Azure.
- Shift timings: 5:00PM - 2:00AM IST (7:30AM - 4:30PM ET).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader capable of managing multiple external client projects and cross-functional teams in data analytics and BI in financial services or consulting contexts.
- Deep technical expertise in Azure data services and BI engineering tools with proven ability to translate client regulatory requirements into data architecture.
- Strong background mentoring and guiding teams, with experience in presales activities, complex project budgeting, and delivering innovation in data solutions.
