About This Role
- Own and advance the core agent harness powering a revenue-focused AI agent, including tools, environment, guardrails, and model behavior.
- Design and build evaluations and scoring models for complex revenue tasks such as deal health, risk, and pipeline questions lacking clean ground truth.
- Lead fine-tuning and reinforcement learning efforts to enhance agent behavior and ship research results to production.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in applied AI research or applied science at a senior level.
- MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative discipline.
- Hands-on experience with agentic systems, agent harness design, multi-step reasoning, and context management.
- Experience with large-scale deep learning including training, fine-tuning, and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in driving ambiguous research problems end-to-end with minimal guidance, from hypothesis to production.
- Strong expertise in model evaluation frameworks, especially for tasks without clear ground truth, and the ability to balance model quality, latency, and cost.
- Comfortable collaborating across time zones with US-based leadership and driving ownership of core AI capabilities in a remote setup.
