About This Role
- Own end-to-end lifecycle of PaaS platform implementation programs for enterprise clients, from initial client engagement to launch and operational handover.
- Serve as primary client contact, leading governance sessions, managing escalations, and ensuring all commitments are delivered on time and within scope.
- Coordinate cross-functional internal teams (Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Operations) to resolve risks, scope changes, and to continuously improve delivery processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of program or project management experience in client-facing delivery roles.
- Minimum 3 years of experience delivering technology solutions to external clients in BFSI (banking, financial services, insurance).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Working knowledge of SaaS/PaaS delivery models and enterprise systems integration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience managing enterprise client relationships at the executive level, particularly in BFSI sectors.
- Proven capability to build delivery frameworks, governance models, and processes in fast-paced, startup-like environments with ambiguity.
- Comfortable navigating technical discussions with engineering and product teams while focusing clients on business outcomes.
