About This Role
- Lead security architecture reviews and implement AWS security controls across multiple cloud and hybrid environments.
- Automate security processes using Terraform, Ansible, scripting, and AI tools to improve efficiency and embed security into infrastructure provisioning and CI/CD pipelines.
- Drive vulnerability management, incident investigation, SOC improvements, penetration testing, and security assessments with technical ownership and risk mitigation accountability.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant cybersecurity, cloud security, and infrastructure security experience with hands-on AWS engineering responsibility.
- Strong hands-on expertise in AWS security services including IAM, Organizations, VPC, EC2, S3, KMS, CloudTrail, GuardDuty, Security Hub, WAF with rule optimization.
- Mandatory strong networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls, and a minimum CCNA certification or higher networking certification.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure-as-code and automation; proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.

- Senior technical individual contributor with demonstrated ownership and accountability for large-scale AWS cloud security architecture and automation.
- Experienced in integrating security into complex, multi-account AWS environments and supporting infrastructure with strong networking and container security knowledge.
- Practically skilled in investigative and risk mitigation tasks including SIEM alert response, vulnerability management, penetration testing, and AI-assisted security engineering.
