About This Role
- Lead technical development and delivery for mobile platform infrastructure impacting developer velocity and app performance.
- Drive architectural strategy including modularisation, CI/CD automation, and platform security for a high-scale mobile banking ecosystem.
- Mentor senior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve platform bottlenecks and guide technical evolution.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of Android/mobile engineering experience with platform or core infrastructure focus.
- Advanced proficiency in Kotlin, Android SDK, and Gradle build system including performance profiling.
- Experience managing large, complex multi-module codebases and shared codebases with 100+ engineers.
- Strong understanding of mobile security best practices and banking/FinTech compliance requirements.
