About This Role
- Own manual and automated testing across APIs, apps, and AI agents ensuring high test coverage and release readiness.
- Design rigorous test cases from requirements and user stories, emphasizing exploratory testing and hunting AI-specific failure modes like hallucinations and adversarial prompts.
- Manage defects lifecycle using Linear, collaborate with engineers to verify fixes, and drive QA process and strategy improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in manual and automation testing.
- Proficiency with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or API testing tools like Postman or RestAssured.
- Programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript sufficient to develop automation independently.
- Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, SQL, and familiarity with REST, JSON, and HTTP protocols.

- Experienced QA professional comfortable testing complex AI/non-deterministic systems and identifying hard-to-find bugs.
- Someone who takes ownership of QA strategy and quality bar across multiple interconnected applications and AI components.
- Operationally strong in designing effective test coverage, managing defect cycles, and collaborating closely in agile sprint ceremonies.
