About This Role
- Own end-to-end development of AI-enhanced full-stack web applications and APIs, including database schema design, backend services, distributed systems, and frontend UI (React/Next.js).
- Build and productionize AI-agentified features like agentic workflows, tool-calling interfaces, and LLM-powered automation integrated in internal business platforms.
- Ensure system reliability and scalability via architectural design, observability practices, and incident response for production-grade systems used by business stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with full-stack development, flexible depending on demonstrated expertise.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience shipping AI-agentified applications or agentic AI features in production environments.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in React/Next.js frontend, Python backend with FastAPI or Flask, relational/non-relational databases, distributed systems concepts, and reliability engineering practices.
