About This Role
- Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, owning delivery of business and technology initiatives.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage product backlogs, and track sprint progress with focus on risk mitigation and team performance metrics.
- Coach teams on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and DevOps practices; drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years experience as Scrum Master in a global organization.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification required.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and ServiceNow; work shift Monday to Friday, 12:30PM – 9PM IST in Hyderabad.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading multiple Agile teams or large-scale Agile programs with distributed global teams.
- Strong in stakeholder management, facilitation, conflict resolution, and Agile transformation initiatives.
- Familiar with enterprise SDLC practices, process improvement, and driving delivery governance and operational efficiency.
