About This Role
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI and LLM-based workflow applications and platforms, from ideation through delivery.
- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business objectives, regulatory standards, and customer needs in banking.
- Drive adoption and continuous improvement of AI/LLM technologies to enhance operational efficiency and client experience, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Extensive experience in product ownership, product management, and platform management within the banking sector.
- Hands-on expertise in AI, Large Language Models, workflow application development, and platform operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; strong knowledge of test automation frameworks; understanding of banking regulatory, compliance, and risk management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven track record of applying AI/ML solutions to real-world banking problems and translating business needs into scalable products.
- Experience managing large-scale platforms in global banking environments with strong insight into banking workflows and compliance.
- Ability to influence senior management through data-driven insights and lead in a dynamic, regulated technology environment.
