About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of cloud implementations, migrations, and operational projects for high-revenue enterprise healthcare clients.
- Manage project planning, budgeting, time tracking, and provide status updates directly to executives.
- Act as liaison between technical teams and clients, managing escalations, compliance adherence, and scalable project workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- 7 to 10+ years of dedicated project management experience, specifically supporting healthcare managed services teams.
- Mandatory hands-on technical background in IT operations, systems administration, cloud infrastructure, or engineering.
- Proven experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management) for project tracking and workflow configuration.
- Work Mode: Remote with shift timings Monday to Friday, 5:30pm IST to 2:30am IST; Location: Mumbai - Remote.

- Experienced project manager with deep understanding of technical cloud infrastructure and ability to engage in engineering discussions.
- Skilled in managing large project portfolios within highly regulated healthcare or similar compliance environments.
- Capable of bridging technical and client communications while driving process improvements and risk management.
