About This Role
- Lead end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency and release management, operationalization, and performance reporting within Digital & Design Client Onboarding.
- Manage change management activities ensuring compliance with risk, controls, regulatory requirements, and coordinate across functional partners.
- Oversee timelines, resourcing, blockers, and stakeholder engagement to optimize product delivery efficiency and outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in product delivery or relevant domain.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Technical Program Management or equivalent expertise.
- Proven operational management and change readiness execution skills.
- Strong understanding of delivery processes including SDLC/PDLC and release management strategies.

- Experienced in managing complex product or platform-wide release deployments and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrates strong reporting and communication capabilities aligned with cross-functional stakeholder management.
