About This Role
- Own end-to-end execution of data science initiatives including scoping, prioritization, planning, tracking, and delivery.
- Build and maintain integrated program plans addressing milestones, dependencies, risks, and contingencies.
- Drive accountability and alignment across engineering, product, stakeholders, and partners to ensure consistent progress and timely decisions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience delivering complex technology projects as a Technical Program Manager or similar role.
- Ability to operate in a hybrid work model based in Pune with 3 days onsite per week.
- Experience with Agile and hybrid delivery models and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Power BI).

- Experienced in managing large-scale, technically complex data science programs with cross-functional teams.
- Strong systems-level thinker comfortable engaging in technical solution discussions and architecture considerations without coding.
- Demonstrated ability to use data-driven metrics and continuous improvement practices to enhance transparency, predictability, and delivery outcomes.
