About This Role
- Manage multiple large-scale cloud transformation migration projects within the cloud practice, ensuring schedules are prepared, tracked, and managed effectively.
- Drive project delivery on time and within budget while handling multiple priorities and holding teams accountable.
- Plan and manage stakeholders across clients, offshore, and cross-functional teams to deliver cloud transformations, with regular governance and status reporting to leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- Overall 12 years of experience in cloud transformational consulting projects and migrations.
- Proven experience managing large-scale cloud migrations and transformations, especially on Azure or similar cloud platforms.
- Mandatory skills include Project Financial Management, Project Governance, Project Planning, Risk/Crisis Management, and Stakeholder Management.
- Educational qualification: BCA, MCA, BE, BTech, or equivalent.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in data center to cloud migrations with strong knowledge of virtualization, Azure cloud technologies, compute, storage, and network infrastructures.
- Skilled in managing tight deadlines, escalations, and project-risk issues through to resolution.
- Familiarity or certification in Agile Management, PRINCE2, PMP, or other program management methodologies; experience using project management tools like ADO is a plus.
