About This Role
- Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to develop user stories and recommend solutions that meet customer needs and deliver ROI.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation including user stories, acceptance criteria, process diagrams, and API documentation using tools like Confluence and JIRA.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including testers and developers, manage requirements for multiple stakeholders, and support project delivery with scope and schedule management.
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with exposure to cloud-based systems (AWS/GCP).
- Proven experience in creating and managing user stories in JIRA and Confluence.
- Familiarity with PLSQL, data formats such as JSON, XML, CSV, and relational schemas.
- Experience working within Scrum and Agile frameworks.

- Technically proficient BA comfortable handling complex system architectures and system integration impacts.
- Experienced in managing requirements lifecycle with strong documentation and communication skills to bridge business and technology teams.
- Ability to simplify complex systems and requirements, with practical experience in Agile environments and cross-team collaboration.
