About This Role
- Manage and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on magazine circulation and sales.
- Analyze circulation trends, distributor performance, sales targets vs achievement, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare Excel-based dashboards and reports to provide data-driven insights supporting circulation growth and operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or business analysis.
- Graduate degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and data cleaning.
- Experience preferred in publishing, print media, FMCG, or distribution industry.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in MIS reporting and data analysis with advanced Excel proficiency.
- Familiarity with magazine circulation, distribution networks, sales analysis, and returns management.
- Ability to consolidate, validate, and analyze sales and distribution data for operational decision-making.
