About This Role
- Lead discovery and documentation of current Salesforce CPQ configurations and processes involving sales ops, finance, and IT stakeholders to prepare for migration.
- Define future business processes aligned with Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced native features and translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Manage UAT planning, testing coordination, and maintain traceability between CPQ and Revenue Cloud Advanced configurations during migration lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Business Analyst on Salesforce platform projects.
- At least 3 years hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ including product rules, pricing rules, quote templates, approval chains, and renewals.
- Working knowledge or ability to quickly learn Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced object model.
- Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash and Order-to-Revenue processes, plus ability to document complex business rules and processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in bridging business stakeholders with technical teams for Salesforce CPQ to Revenue Cloud migrations with detailed process mapping and gap analysis.
- Proficient in using Confluence, JIRA, and process modeling tools to produce clear documentation and functional specs.
- Capable of coordinating UAT and detailed traceability management maintaining alignment between business logic and platform capabilities during complex migrations.
