About This Role
- Design, implement, and support MercuryGate Transportation Management System (TMS) solutions to optimize clients' logistics and transportation processes.
- Lead troubleshooting, issue resolution, and enhancement implementations including requirements gathering, testing, and go-live support for MercuryGate TMS.
- Configure MercuryGate modules, integrate with external systems like ERP and WMS, and deliver client training and documentation to ensure user adoption and operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with MercuryGate TMS implementations, support, or solution delivery.
- Graduate degree in Science or Engineering (B.Sc IT, Computer Science, B.E/B.Tech) or MBA.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and transportation processes, with proficiency in SQL and report building within MercuryGate or similar TMS platforms.
- Experience with system configuration, integration techniques (EDI, APIs), and client-facing project management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in consulting or professional services within supply chain technology environments, particularly MercuryGate TMS.
- Capable of bridging complex business requirements with technical solutions in fast-paced, client-facing roles involving multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, and integration across ERP, WMS, and other supply chain software platforms.
