About This Role
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to design and implement enterprise finance planning, prioritization, and digital transformation technologies focusing on strategy-to-execution connection.
- Own and execute the product roadmap for Enterprise Finance digital process automation, prioritizing customer needs and balancing short-term vs. long-term outcomes.
- Manage end-to-end product development lifecycle, including program management, technical leadership, stakeholder influence, and delivery of scalable finance solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years software industry experience including technical product or program management, systems or hardware engineering.
- Experience with finance transformation processes such as Source to Report, Order to Cash, Record to Report, and financial ERP systems like Oracle Financials ERP Cloud.
- Strong project management skills and experience with Agile methodologies and managing cross-functional teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building and scaling complex finance applications with expertise in core finance modules including General Ledger, Intercompany, Procure to Pay, Fixed Assets, Projects, Accounting, and Cash Management.
- Capable of leading strategic product discussions involving AI/ML-driven technologies and enterprise SaaS implementations, including ERP Cloud upgrades.
- Data-driven decision maker with demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership, align diverse stakeholders, and deliver measurable business impact through digital transformation in enterprise finance.
