About This Role
- Lead expansion and diversification of a global vendor and freelancer network before demand arises.
- Own full contract lifecycle management including customization, negotiation, renewal, and tracking for vendor agreements.
- Manage and mentor a team responsible for onboarding, invoicing accuracy, compliance, and drive automation to scale processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 8 to 10 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or operations.
- At least 3 years in a people leadership role with accountability for team output.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Must be based onsite in Noida, India; open only to India-based candidates (location is explicit).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building or scaling vendor/freelancer networks in growth or client-demand driven environments.
- Hands-on expertise in contract administration and lifecycle management.
