About This Role
- Own end-to-end program management for complex, cross-functional technical initiatives involving multiple engineering teams, product, and business units.
- Drive program planning, execution, and delivery including scope definition, risk management, progress reporting to senior leadership, and continuous improvement of processes.
- Lead technical coordination across teams on architecture, infrastructure upgrades, API management, and Agile-at-scale implementation to align product roadmaps and engineering capacity.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in technical program management or engineering project management in software product organizations.
- 5+ years of prior hands-on software engineering or technical lead experience.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, system architecture, distributed systems, cloud platforms (Azure preferred), Agile methodologies, and proficiency with program management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, etc.).
- Role is office-based in Hyderabad, India.
