About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and integrations with focus on performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
- Contribute to modern software architecture and cloud-based applications including microservices, distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and support cloud deployments with CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, architects, and engineering teams; mentor junior engineers and influence technical decisions for platform, data, and AI initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong backend development expertise.
- Proficiency in Java, Golang, or similar backend languages with experience in REST/GraphQL APIs and microservices.
- Experience with relational/NoSQL databases, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerized deployment (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Work Experience Required: 6+ years in backend software engineering.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and scaling distributed, cloud-native backend systems and microservices in enterprise or SaaS environments.
- Comfortable contributing to and influencing architecture and mentoring junior engineers at mid-senior level.
- Familiar with modern DevOps practices and tools supporting continuous integration/delivery and cloud infrastructure.
