About This Role
- Eliminate technical debt and optimize Salesforce org health using monitoring tools like Salesforce Optimizer and custom dashboards.
- Develop and maintain high-quality Apex code and Lightning Web Components, ensuring adherence to best practices and overseeing CI/CD pipelines.
- Design and maintain integrations with REST/SOAP APIs and ensure data quality through deduplication, validations, and troubleshooting sync failures.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–9 years of hands-on Salesforce platform development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, Salesforce security architecture, Git workflows, Salesforce CLI, scratch orgs, and at least one CI/CD tool.
- Active Salesforce certifications preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing technical debt and maintaining large Salesforce orgs with complex automations and integrations.
- Capable of mentoring junior developers and enforcing development standards for scalable, maintainable Salesforce environments.
- Comfortable engaging with Agile/Scrum workflows and communicating technical trade-offs effectively to business stakeholders.
