About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, accessible web interfaces and components using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Translate wireframes and design systems into scalable, production-ready AEM-based applications collaborating with UX designers, product managers, and back-end developers.
- Optimize front-end performance, ensure UI consistency via shared design systems, and participate in Agile development processes including code reviews and defect resolution.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX development or front-end engineering with hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (component development, HTL/Sightly, Sling models).
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/SASS/LESS, JavaScript (ES6+), and experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue) integrated with AEM.
- B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA in Computers, IT or related field.
- Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1/ADA), version control (Git), and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experienced front-end developer with strong specialization in AEM platform, able to bridge design and technical implementation effectively.
- Proficient in implementing responsive and accessible UI adhering to UX principles and design system standards within enterprise-scale applications.
- Comfortable working in collaborative, cross-functional Agile teams translating complex design requirements into maintainable AEM components and interfaces.
