About This Role
- Design and develop scalable, maintainable, high-performance backend application features using Java 17/21 and related technologies.
- Create and review High-Level and Low-Level Designs, conduct code reviews ensuring coding standards and secure coding practices are followed.
- Take ownership of deliverables from requirement analysis to production deployment and stabilization, collaborating with multiple stakeholders including clients, architects, and QA.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of professional experience in Java backend development.
- Proficiency in Core Java (Java 17 and Java 21), JakartaEE, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring MVC), REST APIs, Maven, and JUnit5.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB or equivalent).
- Location: Bangalore based with hybrid work model (3 days onsite).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing technical artifacts and performing code and design reviews in Agile environments (Scrum, TDD).
- Hands-on expertise with Linux, Jenkins pipelines, object-oriented design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and configuration management.
- Familiarity with Quarkus, reactive programming, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Sonar, and JIRA is a plus.
