About This Role
- Lead and mentor a small team of data engineers delivering scalable, reliable data solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee design, development, and optimisation of data pipelines and analytics platforms employing best practices in DataOps, CI/CD, and data governance.
- Drive continuous improvement in data quality, documentation standards, workflow efficiency, and technical excellence across a global data engineering environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in data engineering or related fields.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring data engineering teams and delivering complex data projects.
- Advanced proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and DBT.
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
