About This Role
- Own end-to-end support, enhancement, and transformation of Oracle EBS Financials including General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and related modules.
- Lead solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support for Oracle EBS R12 Financials and hybrid EBS-Cloud environments, ensuring alignment with finance and compliance needs.
- Collaborate and lead cross-functional teams in global finance transformations, M&A integrations, and process improvements driving system stability and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials, especially core financial modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, CM.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Strong functional expertise in Oracle EBS R12 Financials, including Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Revenue Recognition, and Financial Close processes.
- Experience with Oracle Financial Accounting Hub, SLA, Multi-Org, Global Accounting Engine, SQL, PL/SQL, and integration technologies with third-party and banking systems.

- Experienced in enterprise-scale global finance transformation programs including ERP upgrades, cloud migration, and post-merger integrations.
- Skilled at translating complex business requirements into scalable Oracle EBS Financial solutions aligned with accounting standards and compliance.
- Able to lead cross-functional and multi-location teams, mentor users, and deliver continuous improvement in complex matrices combining onshore-offshore delivery.
