About This Role
- Own the collection, review, and quality assurance of sustainability data from various stakeholders for Blackstone Real Estate portfolio companies.
- Analyze and interpret complex sustainability datasets (energy, water, emissions, certifications) using tools like MS Excel and Alteryx, ensuring data integrity and identifying anomalies.
- Maintain and enhance interactive dashboards and reports to support decision-making and self-service analytics for sustainability initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, data science, mathematics, statistics, environmental science, or related field.
- 2-3.5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, and data visualization.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; proficiency in tools like Alteryx, SQL, PowerBI, Sigma, Databricks, Snowflake.
- Location: Bangalore, India; Working Hours: India-1:30PM - 9:30PM IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working with sustainability data and familiarity with sustainability frameworks (e.g., GHG Protocol, GRESB, IPCC reports).
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to coordinate data collection and communicate with various stakeholders across portfolio companies and partners.
- Comfortable working in a data-driven, iterative environment applying agile practices and supporting ad hoc analysis and reporting.
