About This Role
- Optimize and maintain Salesforce platform by eliminating technical debt, rationalizing automations, and monitoring org health with custom dashboards and Salesforce tools.
- Develop and maintain high-quality Apex code and Lightning Web Components, manage CI/CD pipelines, and uphold development standards including code reviews and testing.
- Design, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations and data management processes; mentor junior developers and evaluate Salesforce releases for feature adoption.
Minimum Requirements
- 9–15 years of hands-on Salesforce platform development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, JavaScript/ES6+, HTML, CSS, Salesforce security architecture, Git, Salesforce CLI, scratch orgs, metadata API, and CI/CD tools.
- Active Salesforce certifications preferred but not mandatory (Platform Developer I/II, Architect certifications, or specialist certifications).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced at managing complex Salesforce environments with emphasis on platform optimization and technical debt reduction.
- Skilled in both code development (Apex, LWC) and integration architecture with strong debugging and data management capabilities.
- Comfortable mentoring peers and translating technical tradeoffs to business stakeholders; adaptive to Agile workflows and continuous Salesforce release evaluation.
