About This Role
- Coordinate and deliver AI product programs from pilot to production, ensuring milestones and dependencies are tracked and met.
- Drive governance, security, privacy, legal, and data-access approvals to maintain AI program compliance and avoid delays.
- Manage external AI partners and vendors, oversee safety/compliance registers, ensure release readiness and adoption, and communicate status and risks to leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years in technical program management, technology delivery, or vendor management within a large enterprise.
- Demonstrated experience navigating governance, security, legal, and procurement processes for technology programs.
- Working fluency in AI concepts and enterprise AI governance.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years in relevant technical program management roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, security, legal, sourcing, and external partners for AI initiatives.
- Comfortable managing compliance and safety assessments specific to enterprise AI products.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and influence without formal authority to drive program delivery.
