About This Role
- Develop and implement Generative AI and machine learning solutions to optimize clinical trial operations including enrollment forecasting, cost and site selection.
- Fine-tune large language models for analytics on trial protocols, data harmonization, and eligibility criteria evaluation.
- Translate complex AI/ML methods and results into actionable insights for diverse clinical and operational stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Ph.D. in a quantitative discipline such as computer science, statistics, biostatistics, biomedical informatics, epidemiology, applied mathematics, or similar.
- Minimum 2 years of industry experience in data science projects involving AI/ML, predictive technologies, forecasting, optimization, or natural language processing.
- Hands-on experience with large language model application frameworks and finetuning clinical/medical LLMs (e.g., DSPy, LangChain).
- Proficiency in Python and SQL programming languages.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in applying advanced AI/ML techniques specifically for healthcare clinical trial operations or related biomedical domains.
- Able to develop predictive models and optimization tools using real-world healthcare data (e.g., EHR, insurance claims) and clinical trial datasets.
- Capable of communicating complex data science concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in multi-disciplinary teams.
