About This Role
- Own Agile delivery processes and Scrum ceremonies for Enterprise Data Warehouse, Domo, and Business Intelligence technical teams to ensure efficient, predictable execution aligned to organizational standards.
- Manage cross-team dependencies, coordinate inter-team workstreams, and proactively address risks and blockers to meet delivery commitments.
- Serve as the key liaison among Product Owners, developers, QA, project managers, and stakeholders to drive transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement in a complex data and analytics environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years experience as Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead supporting multiple Agile teams in complex technology environments.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification.
- Working knowledge of Data Warehouse concepts, ETL/ELT, data integration, and business intelligence platforms such as Domo; experience supporting related teams preferred.
- Ability to work hybrid model (3 days WFO/2 days WFH) with 2 PM-11 PM IST shift timing.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced Scrum Master who can facilitate and coach Agile teams in data warehousing, BI delivery, and analytics contexts with strong technical understanding to support delivery discussions.
- Skilled at managing cross-team dependencies, mitigating risks, and coordinating multiple stakeholders to align technical execution with business objectives.
- Proficient user of Agile tools (e.g., Jira) and able to interpret Agile metrics and delivery health to communicate progress and risks to leadership effectively.
