About This Role
- Own third-line support for complex security infrastructure incidents, ensuring zero missed SLAs and root cause analysis for critical issues.
- Maintain and configure client security infrastructure, delivering advanced technical solutions and operational improvements.
- Create knowledge articles, train and mentor junior team members, and contribute inputs for automation to reduce manual efforts.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience handling complex security infrastructure in a managed services environment.
- Strong background in IT engineering within medium to large ICT organizations.
- Deep working knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing or equivalent work experience.

- Experienced with client-facing roles requiring strong communication across diverse cultures and social groups.
- Skilled in planning and managing technical activities and projects within security infrastructure domains.
- Able to work effectively under pressure, with willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
